Examples 4: 

-          For 3D printing, we have designed and developed 3D printing machine by ourselves in our factory.

-          We have developed many generation of such 3D printing machine in house.  Once we have any new idea or new design on parts, we immediately use our own 3D printer to verify all our technical idea and mechanism point.

. Intertech’s competence :

-          By designing and developing the 3D printing machine is to use it to proof we do not need to

reply on the capability supplying from outside.  We have our own certain technical capability

level to verify such 3D printing machine’s mechanism structure to see whether it is workable or not.,

-          Once we have any new idea or new design on parts, we immediately use our own 3D printer to verify all our technical idea and mechanism point.  After such verifying, we immediately can know whether our idea is workable or not.

-          So, this is to show our technical capability for realizing all design principle and controlling all

technical points is so strong !  Therefore, customer can have confidence with us ! 

This is our 1^st generation of 3D printer.  All with rigid mechanism and strong working capability. 

This is our 2^nd generation of 3D printer, even faster , more stable and more precise when making the parts. 

This is a parts size checking machine to help checking our 3D printing prototype job. 

All these are microscope for checking the parts in detail.  This can help  to trouble shooting all the 3D printing samples problem that we are facing.

All these 3D printing samples show the different shape & different sizes and different structure

that we can manage very well in house.
