-For the raw material, if it is for mold raw material, we normally
use P20 (equivalent to 1.2311) and H13 (equivalent to 1.2344) or Starvax 420
(equivalent to stainless steel). All
steels are from Japan
German or Sweden with good quality and certification guaranteed.
-For the raw material, if it is for product raw material, it could
be many for plastics, metal and silicones.
For our mold trial job or for our pilot run production job, we can use
those material
which is available in Taiwan market.
Of course, customer can send their own appointed raw
material for us to trial their mold or run their pilot run production
job before shipping out the mold. All
these can be discussed case by case without problem.
