introduction, they knew us and came to us for making a lot of mold parts, such as

mold base, guide pillar, guide bar, spigot, core…etc, plus, we made a lot of access pipe ø50mm, access pipe ø110mm, reducer ø110-50mm, bend ø40-87.5mm, branch ø110mm, single socket ø110mm, including mold base, collapsible core, full set of  pipe fitting mold…etc for them with a very short delivery time of 30~45 days.

All were made with harden steel with heat treatment, imports from German, Sweden

and Japan.  All our job are with close tolerance made with high precision rate and

with steel guarantee certificate, especially they like our own collapsible core design which can save a lot of cost and easy to be replaced and maintained.

All our tooling packing are packed with anti-rusted standard stuff, packed in the wooden box with standard fumigation process. They are very happy with our job and keep giving us repeat order now.
